Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because many items may be made-to-order, limited release, digital, membership-based, or processed through third-party fulfillment partners, refund and return eligibility may vary by item.
2. Made-to-Order Merchandise
Merchandise produced by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners may not be eligible for returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind unless otherwise stated on the product page.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at chelson@asherunleashed.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution when appropriate.
4. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital items, downloads, wallpapers, member-only content, and access-based benefits are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless required by law.
5. Support Payments
Support contributions are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless there was a duplicate charge, processing error, or other exceptional issue approved by Asher Unleashed.
6. Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access or benefits have been provided. You may cancel future renewals according to the membership terms posted on this website.
